Teriyaki
Chicken
Cut chicken into pieces and
place in a sauté pan. Add ½ to ¾ cup Takaya Teriyaki Sauce per pound and
simmer covered over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. After 20-30 min.
Remove cover and increase heat to high, stirring vigorously. Remove chicken
from pan when desired reduction is achieved, usually 10-15 min..
For a nice look,
toasted sesame seeds can be lightly sprinkled on the chicken before serving. |
